What We’re All About
Lola’s | a bakery has been around since 2018, officially, but I’ve been baking with my grandma and mom for years. When my Grandma Lola first came to the United States from Ecuador, baking was a way for her to learn English, to feel at home in a new world, and to establish traditions that have been passed down from her to her grand kids and great grand kids. These recipes taste like home because they’ve been tested by family and friends. Once you’ve tried GL’s German Chocolate Cake (yes, from an Ecuadorian!) you’ll want to call her Grandma Lola as well.

A good pie comes down to the crust. We don’t believe in soggy bottoms. We don’t believe in weak structures. We believe that butter, flour, and sugar make the best of friends and together they make one perfect crust.

All of our cakes are made with fresh ingredients and pure extracts. Lola’s is a buttercream only bakery. We love butter, real fresh butter is the only thing you’ll find in our buttercream. If you’re not a frosting fan, that’s ok, you will be after trying ours! We promise!
