Lola’s began in 2018 out of my kitchen making cakes for friends and family. Lola’s is named after my Grandma, GL, as we call her. GL came to the United States from Ecuador and used baking as a way to learn English, feel at home in her new world, and to establish traditions. As you look around I hope you see the attention to detail, whimsy, and graceful styling of our designs. However, looks aren’t everything here, the flavors and textures of our desserts are the real star. Each cake, pie, cupcake, cakesicle, (etc.) is a bespoke design.
